Nine months in and nine months out! I can honestly say that the pregnancy seemed a lot longer than these 9 months with our little girl. I liked being pregnant , but I just love being a mom even more. At the doctor's visit on Tuesday, Millie weighed 16lbs, 15 oz and 28 1/2" long. Now that Millie is feeling better, it's almost like she's a new baby today.
Here's some things she's been doing recently:
-She's started getting up on her knees today like she's going to take off and start crawling.
-She says "mama", "baba (when she's calling for Bella), and "uh-oh" when things fall or drop
-She can play ball (roll the ball back to me) and peekaboo
-She waves bye-bye
-She gives kisses to people and her beloved Curious George
-I have caught her growling a few times when she's holding her lion but that just might be my interpretation
-She is now ticklish on her tummy and sides
-She bounces while being held in a standing position
Some things she has been doing but thought I would reiterate:-She can clap and turn pages in a book
-She knows who her "dada" is
-She'll mimic you if you stick out your tongue.
-She can drink from a sippy cup but won't hold it on her own yet
-She would rather feed herself than take it from a spoon
-She likes chicken and pasta (that's the Italian side coming out) and toast.
Next on the menu--cottage cheese, bits of soft cheeses and recipes with yogurt in them. YUM!

And either my child is huge or yours is tiny...Cooper is only 14oz less than Millie yet 4 months younger.
so big so fast..cant wait to see all the new things she is doing and saying.
